The Allrisk MERIDIEM Multifunctional Complex consists of three high-rise buildings A1, A2, A3 and one low-rise building B. Its capacity will offer 121 residential units, 49 studios, 46 office units, 14 shell & core commercial spaces, 206 parking spaces on the underground level with 186 associated basement cubicles, 18 parking spaces on the ground level and 19 parking spaces on the roof space of Building B. It also includes office space and a large commercial area.
Most units have access to patios or front gardens from the main rooms. All buildings in the complex have access to a central plaza with a children's playground.
Apartments
Buildings A1, A2 and A3 offer a total of 121 apartment units with layouts ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom with associated parking spaces depending on the category of the apartments. For selected apartments, an increased load from a Jacuzzi or similar relaxation facilities is foreseen.Studios
Allrisk MERIDIEM also offers studio spaces. They include a bathroom and a kitchen. There are 49 studios in total. In building A1 there are 21 studios with 2+kk layout, in building A2 there are 12 studios with 1+kk layout and in building A3 there are 14 studios with 1+kk layout.Offices
On the second floors of the Allrisk MERIDIEM buildings there are 49 non-residential premises for the establishment of offices and company headquarters or branches. Selected spaces include the possibility to purchase parking spaces. Additional parking is available on the street.Commercial premises
On the first floors of all buildings there are commercial premises and security facilities for the entire complex. The multifunctional building includes parking and parking spaces that completely connect all three buildings. There are a total of 14 commercial spaces available for sale in building A1.
