Transport infrastructure
In the new southern district of Trnitá, a modern boulevard is being created, connecting the new development via the train and bus terminal (currently under construction) with the historic city centre. The area is comparable in size to Wenceslas Square in Prague and is lined on both sides with houses and alleys of trees with plenty of space for pedestrians, cyclists, cars, and public transport. Nearby is the connection to the city ring road and the motorway on-ramp.
The new district will thus be smoothly connected with the surrounding development and at the same time it will bring further development to the adjacent areas of Komárov or Nové sady.
Amenities
Whether you decide to invest in Allrisk MERIDIEM for business reasons or to make it your family’s new home, this new concept of modern living will provide you with every amenity. You will find kindergartens, schools, post offices, restaurants, shops of all kinds and a large shopping centre nearby.
Relaxation and entertainment
In addition to the new development, there are plans to save the original stone viaduct that is connected directly to the Little America building and will become a pedestrian and cycle path in the style of New York's High Line. Its location puts the Allrisk MERIDIEM site within walking distance of Brno's historic centre and recreational and relaxation facilities in the form of parks, swimming in the biotope and sports fields for children and adults.
For active leisure time there is a safe cycle path that starts at the Brno Dam and leads along the Svratka River to the Olympia shopping centre in Modrice. Thanks to the mild terrain, in-line skating enthusiasts will also have a great time here.
