Transport Infrastructure
The Allrisk MERIDIEM complex is located close to the newly built soundproof public transport stop, the connection to the city ring road and the D1 and D2 motorway on-ramps.A modern boulevard will be created in the new southern district of Trnitá, connecting the new development through the train and bus terminals with the historic city centre. This avenue envisages a combination of all modes of transport, with an emphasis on pedestrians and cyclists. Two car lanes in each direction and a tram lane in the centre line will ensure safe and smooth traffic flow.
After its reconstruction, the train station will become part of the European-wide rail network, thus creating an important transport terminal with associated parking spaces, taxi service and bicycle storage. The planned high-speed trains will make Brno a strategic location for modern travel.
Public Amenities
Whether you decide to invest in Allrisk MERIDIEM for business reasons or to make it a new home for your family, this new concept of modern living will provide you with every comfort in terms of amenities.Nearby kindergartens, schools, post offices, restaurants, shops of various kinds and a large shopping centre are all at your disposal. The creation of the new Brno Main Station will bring with it a complete solution of its surroundings in the form of retail shops, hotels, offices and other housing. Part of the big plans is also the creation of a boulevard with safe traffic, greenery and other places of public amenities and cultural activities.
Relaxation and Entertainment
In addition to new construction, plans are underway to save the original stone viaduct that leads directly to the Little America building and will become a pedestrian and bicycle path in the style of New York's High Line. Its location puts the Allrisk MERIDIEM site within walking distance of Brno's historic centre and recreational and relaxation facilities in the form of parks, swimming in the biotope and sports fields for children and adults.
For active leisure time there is a safe cycle path that starts at the Brno dam and leads along the Svratka river to the Olympia shopping centre in Modrice. Thanks to the gentle terrain, in-line skating enthusiasts will also love it.The adjacent banks of the Svratka and Svitava rivers will also see big changes. Thanks to the revitalisation and planned landscaping, the residents will get closer to the water, where a lot of new green space will be created for leisure activities.
